Is Cardmatic free?
Yes. The Free plan includes collection management, card scans, Condition reports and eBay listing within monthly limits. Paid plans raise those limits and add automation and bulk tools.
Can Cardmatic tell me when a card drops in price?
Yes. Add the card to your want list with the price you want to pay. Cardmatic checks the market every hour and, on Pro and up, alerts you when a check finds the card at your price: in Cardmatic, by email when email alerts are on, and on your phone or desktop if you turn those on. You can also set alerts above or below a target on cards you own.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. Guest mode lets you scan and save up to 10 cards in your browser. When you sign up on the same browser, Cardmatic offers to move them into your account.
Where do the prices come from?
Catalog values come from TCGplayer market data, and scans also look at active eBay listings. Each value shows its source. They are estimates to help you decide, not appraisals.
Does Cardmatic grade my cards?
No. A Condition report is a photo-assisted estimate that explains what may affect a grade. It does not authenticate a card or replace a grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett or TAG.
Can I bring my collection from another app?
Yes. Import a CSV export from TCGplayer, Collectr or Dragon Shield, or a simple name, set and number file. Cardmatic matches each row to the catalog and reports anything it could not match.
