Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

No. Create an account and start scanning. You only enter payment details if you upgrade.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrades start from Plan & Billing in Settings, and an existing subscription is managed in the billing portal, which shows the timing and effect of a change before you confirm it.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your saved cards are not deleted. If you are above the new plan limits you can still see everything, but actions that add to a limited resource wait until usage drops or the allowance resets.

Do you take a share of my sales?

No. Cardmatic charges only the plan price. Marketplace fees are between you and the marketplace.
